Are your agrochemical products genuine?
Yes. All our agrochemicals are PCPB-registered and sourced directly from licensed manufacturers and authorised distributors. We do not stock counterfeits.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver to all 47 counties in Kenya. Orders are dispatched from our Nairobi warehouse. Free delivery applies on orders over KES 5,000.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and cash on delivery. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer competitive wholesale pricing for agro-dealers, cooperatives, SACCOs, and institutions. Contact us via WhatsApp or the Bulk Orders page for a custom quote.
Can I get agronomy advice before buying?
Absolutely. Our agronomists provide free advice on crop selection, pest identification, application rates, and seasonal planning. Visit our Agronomy Advice page or WhatsApp us with your crop and problem.
How do I place an order?
You can add products to your cart and checkout online with M-Pesa, card, or pay-on-delivery. Alternatively, you can order directly via WhatsApp by clicking the WhatsApp button on any product.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Contact us to arrange a return.
Do you sell to institutions and organisations?
Yes. We supply schools, churches, hospitals, NGOs, county governments, and large-scale farms. We offer dedicated account management, credit terms, and bulk delivery.
